The short version: your data is yours, it stays in Australia, and we don’t sell it. The longer version is below, in plain English.
On this website: if you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it — your name, email, and message — so we can reply. We also use privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without identifying you.
In the Stipa product: account details (name, email, business), and the job records your crew creates — GPS check-ins, timestamps, before-and-after photos, and completion reports. That’s the product doing its job: those records exist so you can prove your work happened.
To run the service, to reply when you contact us, and to send you the reports and evidence packs the product is for. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use your job records for anything except showing them to you and the clients you choose to send them to.
Your data is stored onshore in Australia. Backups are kept for disaster recovery, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
You can export your data any time, and take it with you if you leave. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email riley@getstipa.com.au and we’ll sort it out. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and if you’re not happy with how we’ve handled a complaint you can raise it with the OAIC.
Stipa is made by Verdure Pty Ltd (ABN 60 681 364 394), Redland City, Queensland. Questions about this policy: riley@getstipa.com.au.
