Stipa was built by someone who ran vegetation management operations and spent years trying to make generic trades software do what we actually needed. GPS evidence that holds up in a dispute. Evidence packs a council compliance officer will accept. Crew check-ins that work in the field with no signal.
The work was never the hard part — the reserve gets mown, the firebreak gets cut. Proving the job happened was the hard part, and it was costing good operators their Sunday nights, their disputes and their cash flow. No tool on the market was built for how this work actually gets done.
So we built the one we couldn’t find: check in on site, capture before and after, and get a verified report that stands up on its own. Not a generic app bent to fit the trade — the proof layer this industry never had.
A proof-of-service status is measured from what actually happened on site — never something you can tick a box to claim.
Export it any time, take it with you if you leave. We don’t sell it, and we store it onshore in Australia.
It has to work in a paddock with no reception, on a phone, with gloves on — or it’s no use to a working crew.
Stipa is made by Verdure, a small Queensland software company building tools for the grounds and vegetation trades. We come from the industry, not a boardroom — and we build for the way the work actually gets done.
