Get paid without being questioned. GPS check-in, before-and-after photos, and a verified report your client can’t argue with — all in under 60 seconds per job.
14 days free. No card needed. Built in Queensland for Australian contractors.
Your contract demands photos with every invoice. Someone’s sorting camera rolls on Sunday night.
A council says the reserve wasn’t done. Without GPS and timestamps, it’s your word against theirs.
A windscreen claim lands after a slashing job. Can you prove exactly when and where your crew worked?
Those tools are built around a visit. This work is built around a cycle. The same sites, over and over, on a schedule someone is checking.
Marks a job done when someone taps a box.
Records where they were standing, how far off the site that was, and how long they stayed on it.
Photos end up in a folder somewhere.
Photos are tied to the site, the date and the cut. They can't come loose from the job they prove.
Built for plumbers and sparkies, then bent to fit grass.
Built for cut cycles. Sites that come due, wet days that stop the run, SWMS signed when the job's finished instead of when it starts.

GPS places you inside the site geofence. Time, location, operator logged.
One before photo, one after photo.
A completion report, ready to attach to the invoice.
Not a photo dump. A single, verified record of who was on site, when, and what changed — with every measurement behind it shown, not claimed.

Measured, not claimed — and every measurement is shown.
Before photo missing. Every other requirement in the profile was met. Your client sees exactly what was short — not a mark out of five.
One tap compiles every job in the claim period into a single PDF — matched to what your contract actually requires. Fewer queried invoices. Faster payment.
Run the whole day from one screen. Delegate sites to your crew by task, watch the run live on the map, and know the moment every job is proven — not when the paperwork catches up.
I’m Riley. I built Stipa, and I manage Bayside Land Services — the grounds maintenance company it was built for. Council contracts mostly, around Redland Bay and the bay islands.
So this isn’t a customer telling you it works. It’s me telling you why I built it. Bayside is where Stipa was built, and it’s still where it runs every day — the figures beside this are Bayside’s.
A while back we got a call about damage to a council asset on one of our sites. Nobody used the word blame. It was more that we had been the last crew through, so it was ours to explain.
Before this app I would have had nothing. A rough idea of when we did the site and some photos on somebody’s phone with no date on them.
Instead I pulled the record up while I was still on the phone. We had finished that site days before the damage was reported. Check-in time, GPS, how long we were on site, photos stamped with the date. We were not there when it happened and I could show it in about a minute.
That is the part worth paying for. Not the mowing. Being able to answer.
