Getting paid
How does this actually help me get paid faster?
Queried invoices are what slow you down. When every invoice already carries a verified report — GPS, timestamps, before-and-after photos — there’s nothing to query. Your client can approve it on sight instead of coming back with questions.
What if a client disputes that a job was done?
You have a dated, geofenced record with photos, tied to the operator who did the work. It’s the difference between “we were there, trust us” and proof they can’t argue with.
Does it help with insurance or liability claims?
Yes. If a claim lands after a slashing or mowing job, you can show exactly when and where your crew worked — down to the site boundary and the minute — instead of reconstructing it from memory.
Proof & verification
How is a job reported as verified?
Every completed job is measured against the requirements set for that contract, and reported as one word — Verified, Partial or Unverified — with the raw measurements beside it. There is no grade and no score out of five: a Partial names exactly what was short, and an Unverified simply means no position could be established, which is a gap in the record rather than a mark against your crew. See how it works.
Can an operator fake a check-in?
A check-in is checked against the site’s real boundary and time. If the position falls outside the boundary the report says so, in metres, and flags it for a supervisor — that is a finding, not a silent downgrade. The report shows what was actually measured, not what was claimed.
What does my client receive?
A clean report or a link — site, date, times, map, before-and-after photos, operator and licence, and the proof-of-service status with the measurements behind it. Nothing for them to install or sign up for.
On site
What happens with no reception on site?
Stipa works offline. GPS, photos and timestamps are captured on the device the moment the job happens, then synced when you get signal. The recorded time is when you did the work — not when it uploaded.
How long does it add to each job?
Under 60 seconds. Check in on arrival, one before photo, one after photo. The crew keeps working — there are no forms to fill in or notes to write up later.
Does it work for a whole crew, not just me?
Yes — from the Pro plan up. Each operator checks in on their own device, and the work is attributed to whoever actually did it. Operations adds full crew management and live tracking. See plans.
Your data
Who owns the data?
You do. Your jobs, photos and reports are yours. Export them any time, and take them with you if you ever leave. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it.
Where is my data stored?
On Australian infrastructure. Your records stay onshore, and you can export everything at any time.
Plans & setup
Does this replace my job management app?
Yes. Stipa runs the whole job — scheduling, crews, routes — with proof built into every one. Most contractors move everything across. Already using something? Run Stipa alongside it while you switch.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial is 14 days of full access with no card. You only add billing if you decide to keep going. See pricing.
How long does it take to get going?
You can run your first verified job the same day. Add your sites, set their boundaries, and check in — that’s the setup.
