You probably need Operations when:
- You run more than a couple of operators and assigning work has become its own job
- A council or a body corporate wants monthly evidence, not a folder of photos
- You are carrying hazard registers and SWMS on paper, or in a spreadsheet nobody opens
- You are paying someone to compile proof that the system already holds
If none of that is true yet, stay on Pro. It already gives every operator their own login, attributes each job to whoever did it, and produces the same proof of service. Operations is for when coordinating the crew — not proving the work — is the part costing you time.
Your evidence doesn’t expire when your plan does.
Downgrade, cancel, or let the trial run out. Every report you have already made stays readable and exportable. No time limit on it.
You can’t create new reports on an expired plan. You never lose the old ones.
We built it so it can’t be turned off later. The code that reads your history doesn’t take a permission argument, so there is nothing to switch off.
